Where possible, users will be notified before their account is closed. Any valid balance will be returned through the designated process, though this may not apply in cases of Terms violations. Users may also request account closure at any time.
Geographic Restrictions

Accessing the platform from a restricted region may result in account verification or termination. All financial transactions on 54 bd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved payment methods. Withdrawal requests generally take 24–72 hours to process, and withdrawals may be placed on hold until identity verification is complete. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are determined by the platform's prevailing policy and are subject to change. All transactions must be made using a payment method registered in your own name; transacting through another person's account is strictly prohibited.
For suspicious transactions, 54 bd may request additional verification documents and reserves the right to hold funds until an investigation is completed. General Provisions
Should any provision of these Terms be found legally unenforceable, all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. 54 bd's failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision. This document may be available in both English and Bengali; however, in the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall take precedence.
